Employment & Empowerment

"Don't let what you cannot do interfere with what you can do."

Mental health consumers are succeeding in employment.

Today, health policies are focusing on supporting mental health consumers in the community as they learn to live with their illness. Our purpose is to provide support, focusing on the area of employment within the Colchester-East Hants area.

Through the TREES program, mental health consumers can work in a wide variety of jobs. This includes full-time and part-time paid employment, as well as volunteer work.

We support the principles of psychosocial rehabilitation and welcome the opportunity to be a part of the recovery process.
